Do you ship internationally?

Where do orders ship from?

All U.S. and most international orders ship from our location in San Diego, CA, U.S. Orders from Europe, Japan, Canada, and Australia may ship from our local distributor.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free. All other destinations will have a shipping charge. During the checkout process you can select your country to see the shipping cost. 

Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?

Sales outside of the U.S. may require the payment of import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier. Please be aware of your countries import duty and taxes rates before you order. 

What power supply plug type does the unit come with? 

We can ship with plug types A, C, G and I (2 pin) as shown here https://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plugs-and-sockets Depending on where the unit is being shipped we will select the plug type that we see most fit. To be sure, please request a plug type with your order.

What thread size is a DynaMount compatible with?

All units are designed to fit 5/8"-27 threads. All European sales come with both a microphone and mic stand 3/8" thread adapters. They are available for international orders for free upon request, just leave a note with your order. 

What kind of warranty do DynaMounts come with?

What is the return policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs and products must be returned in new condition. Returns that are in less than new condition or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee. Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
